1. Email sales@procureit.com.au or fax + 617 3314 2321 or phone + 617 3314 2808 details of the items you require. Remember to include as much information as possible for items of a technical nature or which have a specific fit for purpose. If you have a preference for a particular manufacturer or brand please specify. For automotive or machinery parts please specify the manufacturer, model, year and serial number of the equipment.
2. After receiving your quote which will include details of any lead time, pricing and freight costs for various modes of transport, decide what products suit your requirements and what freight method is best suited.
3. Place your order. Payment can be made in a number of ways. For approved credit accounts 30 day accounts are available. If you would like to apply for a 30 day account please email sales@procureit.com.au and we will respond with an account application. Cash customers are able to use popular credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard. Cash Payments can also be made through telegraphic transfer to our nominated bank account.
4. After payment approval your order is collated and despatch is organised. We keep you posted with consignment notes, airwaybill details or bill of lading details and track the delivery for you. Depending on your location you may have to pay import duty or value added tax (or GST) on the items you have purchased.
5. Your goods can be tracked by clicking on your designated carrier link below and entering your consignment note or airwaybill
